About the Far Infrared Dome

The FIR Dome (HotHouse™) is built with an exclusive fine ceramic technology and is formed as a 160-degree semicircle. It uses only 8-10 micrometer infrared rays (FIR), the most beneficial wavelength from our solar source for living beings. The HotHouse's™ unique arched design increases the thermal effect received by the body. You get total enjoyment, it is completely safe and very comfortable, plus the radiant heat enhances the body's natural functions. The Far Infrared HotHouse™ is designed to produce the radiant heat that is so important in nourishing our bodies, especially since almost 90% of our lives are spent under inadequate natural lighting conditions.

FIR light penetrates beyond the skin level up to 1-1/2 inches and is absorbed efficiently by cells below, resonates the cells, and then is absorbed by the human body. As a result, the body temperature is increased, capillaries are dilated and blood circulation improved; resulting in energy, restoration of physical strength, and pain relief.

It also promotes the killing of many pathogenic (disease-causing) bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. It modulates the immune system by increasing production of cytokines (special immune cells). It helps people recover faster from athletic trauma by promoting the rebuilding of injured tissue by having a positive effect on the fibroblasts (connective tissue cells necessary for the repair of injury). Furthermore, it reduces inflammation in the body, it increases growth of healthy cells, DNA synthesis, and protein synthesis—all necessary during tissue repair. The FIR also brings about significant detoxification of heavy metals including mercury and other environmental pollutants.
