- All sales are final. No refunds.
- To avoid charges, cancel your scheduled appointment at least 6 hours prior to arrival time.
- All packages expire within 3, 6 or 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the number of sessions in the package.
- If you purchase a package and schedule an appointment and you are a "no show" for that appointment time, your session will be forfeited.
- Alpha Cleanse reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- If this is your first time at Alpha Cleanse, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for paperwork and consultation.
- Alpha Cleanse strives to provide the highest quality service and equipment available.
- You are renting time and space on an FDA Class 1 non-prescriptive system, classified by the FDA as an enema kit available for use by individuals as a self-administered cleanse.
